MP35N Springs

UNS R30035, W. Nr 2.4999, AWS 110

Mp35n Springs are cold drawn, age hardened springs with high strength, high modulus value and corrosion resistance. MP35N Springs are good for applications involving the presence of Hydrogen Sulfide. Torqbolt is a prominent Mp35n Spring supplier in India.
MP35N Springs are recommended for applications where a combination of high strength and high corrosion resistance are required. These Springs are used primarily in Oil Field and Downhole springs. MP35N Springs are Used when failure from corrosion and sour gas are issues. MP35N allows better performance over Inconel X750 in such applications due to improved strength and ductility.
MP35N is an age hardenable Nickel-Cobalt base alloy that has a unique combination of properties - ultra high strength, toughness, ductility and outstanding corrosion resistance. MP35N resists corrosion in hydrogen sulphide, salt water and other chloride solutions. It also has excellent resistance to crevice and stress corrosion cracking in sea water and other hostile environments. MP35N is also known as Allvac 35N.
